Both our customer service team and our product stock warehouse is in the same place, allowing us complete transparency into what is happening with your order from the moment we recieve it until the time you sign for your delivery.  We only use the best delivery providers, ensuring we can providing you with flexible, swift and reliable service… every day.

We deliver within two working days to all of UK (usually Next Working day), and can make emergency deliveries if necessary. On more than one occasion we have been known to drop everything to make sure we can deliver for you, even if someone has dropped the ball and you find yourself out of stock. It happens to the best of us, and we understand how important it is that we all work together to ensure the patient get the treatment she needs and have planned for.
